With 12 years of experience spanning elementary, middle, and high school education, Mrs. McLean is a passionate instructional specialist dedicated to fostering teacher growth and student achievement. She is most interested in math, STEM, and technology. 

 She enjoys collaborating with teachers and using a data-driven approach to enhance teaching practices. Outside of work, Mrs. McLean loves spending time with family, exploring music, and discovering more about the world through lifelong learning.

Mrs. Angela Boettcher is the Teaching & Learning Specialist at Parkdale Elementary. With 17 years of experience in elementary education, she is passionate about supporting teachers and helping every student succeed. Mrs. Boettcher works alongside educators through coaching, professional learning, and instructional support to strengthen classroom practices and improve student outcomes.

Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 27 years, their four children, and their family dog. She believes that strong relationships, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous growth create the foundation for successful schools.
