With 12 years of experience spanning elementary, middle, and high school education, Mrs. McLean is a passionate instructional specialist dedicated to fostering teacher growth and student achievement. She is most interested in math, STEM, and technology. 

 She enjoys collaborating with teachers and using a data-driven approach to enhance teaching practices. Outside of work, Mrs. McLean loves spending time with family, exploring music, and discovering more about the world through lifelong learning.
